To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gordon J Gow Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Portal, even if GJG has been advised of the possibility of such damages. GJG’s total liability for any claim arising from use of the Portal shall not exceed the amount you paid to GJG in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
